• All advance payments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

• This policy helps us maintain fair pricing and ensure quality services without compromise.

Rescheduling Policy:

• We understand that plans can change -you are welcome to postpone your event at any time.

• No time limit for rescheduling: your booking can be shifted to any future available date as per your convenience.

• Rescheduling is subject to date availability. Please inform us in advance to avoid conflicts.

Important Notes:

• Rescheduling does not incur any extra charges.

• Discounts or package offers may vary if rescheduled to a peak season or different date.

• We recommend locking in your new date early to avoid unavailability.
