Welcome to Hotel Bombay Rasoi & Banquet Hall ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our services, making a booking, or visiting our premises, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking Policy

• We require a minimum 50% advance payment to confirm any party or banquet booking.

• For heavily discounted packages, we may collect up to 90–100% of the total amount in advance.

• All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.

2. Refund and Rescheduling

• All advance payments are strictly non-refundable.

• However, you are free to postpone your event to any future date, with no time limit for rescheduling.

• Rescheduled dates are subject to venue availability.

3. Venue Usage Rules

• Guests are expected to respect the decor, property, and staff.

• Any damage caused to property during the event will be charged to the booking party.

• Consumption of illegal substances and unruly behavior is strictly prohibited.

4. Catering and Services

• Our food packages are pre-fixed and are charged on a per-plate basis.

• Customizations can be discussed during the booking process and may incur additional charges.

• Decoration, photography, and cinematic reels (if included) are offered as part of select packages and must be confirmed in writing.

5. Third-Party Services

• If you choose to bring third-party vendors (e.g., decorators, DJs), prior written approval is required.

• We are not responsible for the performance or conduct of any third-party vendor not affiliated with us.

6. Parking and Safety

• Designated parking is available only in the area marked as Bombay Rasoi Parking.

• Parking in non-designated areas is not allowed and may lead to action (e.g., air deflation of tires).

• We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings.

7. Privacy Policy

• Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for communication and service delivery.

• We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website and/or communicated directly to customers when appropriate.
